Discount Limitations:

Any discounts I extended or advertise will be limited to a maximum dollar amount of $1,000.00, regardless of the size of the project.

Electronic Payment Processing Convenience Fee:

For the convenience of my clients I provide the ability to pay for products and services via third party Electronic Payment Processors. In no way are you required you satisfy your invoices electronically. This option is solely provided for the benefit and convenience of my clients. The convenience fee I charge for processing payments electronically is intended to cover the cost of the third party processor's fee to process your transaction and it is not included as a cost in my general service rate.

The convenience fee is typically about 4% of the total amount of your invoice but can fluctuate depending on the actual method of payment chosen. While all invoices are typically submitted with the option for you to use some form of electronic payment, if you prefer to pay the amount due by check or money order, simply deduct the calculated and marked Convenience/Processor Fee(s) from the invoice and mail your payment to the address provided.

Previously granted permission, whether implied or specifically granted, may be revoked at any time at my sole discretion. Permission is considered to be revoked at the end of the business day following the day in which the individual or business has been notified in writing of said revocation ("Notification Grace Period"). Any continued access/use of my Digital Contact Technologies after the end of the Notification Grace Period are in violation of this CTEASP.

Any use of my Digital Contact Technologies, other than as described above, will be seen and treated as unauthorized access/use of said technologies. Unauthorized access/use is wholly and expressly forbidden and will be treated as a direct and willful violation of this CTEASP. Unauthorized access/use may, at my sole discretion, be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowable by the laws of the State of Colorado and/or the United States of America.

I define SPAM based on the descriptions provided in the US CAN-SPAM Act of 2004 (US S.877) as well as those provided by The Spamhaus.

Specifically I define SPAM as any email which is Unsolicited, Bulk (as defined by Spamhaus), is the unsolicited commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service, is intended for any purpose other than to solicit my services or products, and/or is communication from an individual or business whose previously granted contact permissions have been revoked.
